Welcome to Iowa KidSight’s Online Training
Thank you for volunteering with the Iowa Lions Club to support this important service project. Through your efforts, Iowa KidSight provides free vision screenings for children ages 6 months through kindergarten in communities across the state.
This training will prepare you to confidently and accurately conduct vision screenings using the Iowa KidSight protocol and the iScreen G5 screening device. After completing the course, you will connect with an Iowa KidSight Trainer for hands-on practice and support during your first screening session.
Together, we can help identify potential vision concerns early and make a lasting impact on children’s health and development.
