This training will help participants learn techniques to regulate individuals of all ages. Participants will be able to recognize the emotional state and respond with interventions appropriately.

Participants will be able to:

1. Understand the concept of stages not age in interventions.
2. Demonstrate 3-5 regulation interventions. 
3. Explain the importance of self-regulation for the interventionist and self-care. 
4. Identify their own triggers.
