This free CLE program is based on a six-week/twelve-hour/one-credit law school course taught at the University of Iowa College of Law in Spring 2021 by Professor Emeritus Patrick B. Bauer.  Registration is restricted to Iowa attorneys and Iowa law school alumni and verifying information will be required during the enrollment process.  The program includes video-recorded classes and supporting written materials.  NOTE: Before viewing any video-recorded class for CLE credit, enrolled users should review Modules A.1-A.6 (Overview of CLE Program Content and Operation).
