Full course description
The purpose of this course is to equip university students with knowledge and skills to have productive professional relationships with a mentor. Throughout the course, you will learn what mentorship involves (and what it doesn't); how to personalize the mentorship process with self-assessment information; the four phases of the mentorship process; and milestones you can achieve with your mentor, such as the creation of an individual development plan and mentor agreement.
